Description
Type 2 upgrade kit
Can be installed by any ZERO bike mechanic without cutting wires or drilling holes. It replaces the Type 1 socket on a charge tank with Type 2 socket and adds original 1,2 kW charger to the system on Phase 2, thus increasing total charging power to 7,5 kW.
Upgrade kit also includes a provisional charging cable, with which you are able to charge with maximum 1,2 kW.
Type 2 Upgrade set
Contains Type 2 socket set with wiring (upgrade kit), CC06 3 meter Type2-Type2 32A charging cable and portable charger PC03 5 meter Type 2 – Type F (or UK or Swiss plug) for home charging. Charging power for PC03 can be set from 6-16A, while CC06 on Type 2 charging stations will charge with 32A.
Please note: Only cables designed for 7kW (32A) charging, will function on this kit (the PP resistor should be 220 ohm)! 16A cables will not start the charging process. The single phase cable that comes with the kit is designed to run only the built-in 1,2 kW charger (overnight charging).
